1/2 c. C&C Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbs. of Dijon mustard (Amora Mustard)
1 small garlic clove
1 Tbs. fresh rosemary leaves
2 Tbs. water
1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt (New Zealand Natural)
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 c. C&C Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

In a blender, combine vinegar, mustard, garlic, rosemary, water, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. With machine running, add oil in a thin stream. Blend until creamy. Marinade also doubles as a salad dressing.
