C&C Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
C&C Red Apple or Fig Balsamic Vinegar
Italian Herbs (Erbe di Puglia)
Fresh Spinach
Black or Green Olive Tapenade
Sliced Mozzarella
Roasted Red Peppers
Prosciutto slices
Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Two slices of crusty bread

In a small bowl whisk together equal parts olive oil and vinegar and a few pinches of herbs. Add spinach and toss well. Spread about a tablespoon of Black or Green Olive Tapenade on one slice of bread. Arrange remaining ingredients on prepared slice and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Place the second slice on top. Brush with olive oil, then grill until golden brown.
