Figs & Prosciutto

Ingredients:
6 to 12 very ripe figs
6 to 12 finely sliced prosciutto
1/2 c. Fig Balsamic Vinegar (for reduction)

Preparation:
Cut figs into quarters, then wrap a slice of prosciutto around each quarter. Spear the wrapped figs with a toothpick and pour reduced Fig Balsamic Vinegar over top.

Reduction: Pour balsamic vinegar in small sauce pan and, while keeping a close eye, simmer on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, until reduced to about 2/3 of its original amount. Remove from heat and let cool.
