EVOO & Fig Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp. grated asiago or parmesan cheese
• 1 1/2 tsp. Fig Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 Tbs. ANY CARTER & CAVERO EVOO
• Sugar or honey to taste, if desired .
• 1 tsp. Amora Dijon Mustard

Preparation: Whisk together balsamic vinegar, mustard and grated cheese in a small bowl. Whisk in olive oil and
season to taste with sugar or honey. Makes a single serving.
