Ingredients:
Asiago cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Garlic
Red pepper flakes
Chopped green onion to taste
Carter & Cavero Hojiblanca Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Preparations: Crumble equal parts of Asiago & Parmesan cheese into food processor. Add garlic, red pepper flakes and chopped green onion to taste. Drizzle Hojiblanca Olive Oil to desired spreading consistency. Serve on tasted baguette slices or crackers.
