Originally planted in California by Spanish missionaries, this variety produces a very sweet and mild olive oil. Every year during the harvest (December - January) Carter & Cavero offers a batch of “Olio Nuevo” Mission or new oil.
Notes: Ripe olive flavor with slight hints of green apple. Peppery finish.
