Thank you for shopping at the Carter & Cavero online store. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If answers to your questions cannot be found on our website, please contact us via email or call (732) 219-0506, Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm EST.
Shipping & Delivery
All purchases are shipped from New Jersey by UPS and should arrive 5 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. Shipping charges are weight-based and quoted by UPS. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Privacy & Security
Carter & Cavero observes the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers." By honoring the DMA's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers," we recognize that the consumer marketing information we maintain must be used responsibly, in beneficial ways and with respect to individual choice. We have agreed to (1) provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale or exchange with other marketers, (2) honor customers' requests not to share their information with other marketers, and (3) honor customers' requests not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations Carter & Cavero. If you prefer not to receive information from Carter & Cavero, please let us know by sending us an email to customerservice@carterandcavero.com. Please be sure to include your email address, mailing address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, mailing address or other personal information with us, please contact us the same way.
Returns & Replacements
It is Carter & Cavero's intention to provide premium customer service. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash in our store may be exchanged or a store credit issued. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition. To return phone or web orders, please contact us at (732) 219-0506, Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm EST. Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
Ordering
In most cases, orders placed via our website before 6pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Please allow additional time for processing during the holiday season.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept credit card purchases via Authorize.net. Google Checkout is also available for purchases.
Viewing Orders
You can track the status of your purchases on our website if you register for an account when placing your order. This information is available under the "My Account" link. You will also receive status updates via email.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information through the "My Account" link as well.
