Ingredients:

1 Plain cheesecake wheel
5 Strawberries washed, stems removed and sliced
Preparation:

Pour balsamic vinegar in small sauce pan and simmer on low heat for  8 to 10 minutes until reduced to about 3/4 of its original amount. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve a slice of the cheese cake and top with some of the strawberry slices. Drizzle a few tablespoons of the balsamic reduction on top of strawberries and cheesecake.
